Established in 1901, Ben Dailey and Son was highly regarded for completing all the trim work in the Minnesota State Capital. T. PATRICK DAILEY
OWNER
Third generation owner of Ben Dailey & Son. After receiving a MBA from the University of Minnesota, T. Patrick spent 8 years in high-tech. Upon relocating to Atlanta in 1996, he became owner of the family business, renovating homes from the ground up. His work has been featured in Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles and in the entrance of Walker & Zanger.
Scott Gerard
Partner
Scott has 35+ years of experience in the industry, having framed over 300 homes during his career. His specialties include framing, windows, doors, trim and custom mill work.
Alicen Kurto
Operations Director
Alicen has dedicated her career to providing exceptional customer service. With every client experience, Alicen is detail oriented and focused on providing her clients a key point of communication while assisting with and coordinating all aspects of the project. Outside of work, Alicen enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters while taking an active role in their softball passion.

- Whether you purchase affordable or high end materials for your project, you will never be charged additional markup
- This transparent approach saves you as much as 30% compared to other contractors’ pricing model
- We tell you our fees upfront, and guarantee the project’s timely completion (there is no additional fee if the project should run over schedule).
- We will never ask for money upfront, and only bill when specific phases of the project are complete
